Does Celebrity have a dinner dress code? or cruise casual like DCL?

Sailed on both the dream and the fantasy since the restart. Elevator buttons are just like normal, and no limits to number of passengers in the elevators.

That changed since our Sept 27th cruise. On that cruise you were only allowed 2 people or one party in the elevator. We found most people asked when the doors opened if we minded if they got in with us.
