Changes in reservations

We are setting reservations for our June trip in the next couple of days. One member of the party may get called away at anytime before or during the trip (job related). What problems will I encounter if one less person shows up for an ADR? We will be doing CRT and the Fantasmic package (H & V) as well as character meals mainly. We will also be using the Dining Package. With all those variables what should I expect?

I have that situation on my upcoming trip. The CM I spoke to said to make the ADR for the higher number, as it is harder to add someone than have less people than planned. I plan on telling them when we check in at the podium, as I will only know day by day.

Thank you for the information. The prepaid CRT will be a loss if missed but the others look like will they will not be an issue.

We had this happen our recent Christmas trip. DS decided he didn't want to go into Epcot with us for lunch at San Angel so he stayed at SSR and met us later. When DH and I arrived at the podium I said the ADR was for 3, but we had only 2. It wasn't a problem for them at all...they seated us right away and this was Christmas eve.
