Changes coming to magical express

A few minor changes are starting in February 2015 regarding the magical express service and the packet that is mailed to you.

The booklet is being replaced by a confirmation letter.

Makes sense. There was no need for a "booklet", and I'm sure reducing this down to a 1-page letter will be a nice cost-savings to Disney. I'm all for Disney cost-cutting when it doesn't impact the product being offered, and this is a perfect example of such an instance.

At the airport, Disney’s Magical Express reservations can now be retrieved with the touch of a MagicBand or by scanning of the single reservation barcode printed on the confirmation letter."

In October we only used our magic bands to board the DME. For our January trip that is the case as well.
