Did they change or add to the movie you see while waiting in line for the ride? Would it be that hard to at least add to it?

I did not notice any change to the movie while you wait on line. The interactive scene when the ganster takes over changed to. The next set you go into is a western scene and we had a woman robbing a bank that takes over driving. That is the only change I noticed.

These scenes alternate. Sometimes, the gangster scene is when your driver disappears, other times, it's the western scene.

I've never, ever been on a tram that was stopped in the western scene, though. Does the Bank still erupt into flames?

As long as Clint Eastwood is still there I am a happy camper!!!;)

The two different "take over/kidnap" scenes have always been there and have always worked the same way. When you walk into the "soundstage" to enter your tour tram, ou will see 2 trams. The first tram (on your right) goes into the ride first. The first tram will always go thru the gangster scene and will have the interactive scene with the wild west bank robber.
The second tram follows slightly behind and (while the first tram is having the bank robbery) they will experience the gangster takeover.
The only difference that you may encounter is that sometimes the robbers are male and sometimes female.
Even though the Intercot site (that someone else posted a link to) said the script would change, it changed very little (if at all). The things that changed in the renovation are mostly not readily visible changes; things like painting, upgraded sound system, cleaning. None of the scenes changed in any visible way.
The movie at the end has not changed and neither has the movie in the "waiting theater." Actually, the movie while you are waiting includes clips from most of the movies that are shown in the scenes inside (at least the older movies), so they are not likely to change it. A CM said once that one of the reasons for having it playing in the waiting area was to give peole some familiarity with the scenes they will see inside.

I did the WDW College Program back in the Spring of '90 when the Studios were in their first year. You would not believe the number of people who would go into that first theater and think it was the entire attraction! You would hear people say "We waited in line for this!" ;)

Ahhhh...memories.
