Changed resort and MDE not updated?

We booked a room at our home resort (CCV) and then moved at 7 mos to Poly. In the DVC website it shows Poly, in MDE it still shows original reservation at CCV. Have logged out and logged back into to MDE. Any other suggestions? Thanks!

@GreyTami, Update online checkin (or complete it if you haven't already done it). That seems to have fixed most issues recently. The issue is that the DVC reservation system doesn't really talk directly to MDE.

I've had this happen several times and fixed it by modifying my reservation but not actually changing anything.

I always have to call and have DVC MS manually send over the changes. I have never once had a modification auto-update in MDE.

So I called last night, held for 2 and 1/2 hours, and finally hung up. Went online and tried to start check in, worked like a charm! Thanks all, appreciate this group!

Experiencing this right now. Updated DVC reservation to 1 day later. The linked reservation still has the old date. Completed online check in and was asked about arrival on the correct date. Waiting for the system to catch up. I figure 11 months is enough time.
