Changed our BLT bonus!!!

We (well my parents, but I'm on it too) decided to buy at BLT a few weeks ago and sent in the paperwork and everything last week. Then we hear about the cruise promotion. We were able to call and get the free cruise instead of the developer points!!! Yay!!! (I'm doubly excited since I get to go on the cruise and couldn't have made it to use the DP's).

We're taking our DGC on a 3 night cruise in May, and I can't wait to see their faces...We've enjoyed the DCL cruises as a couple, but with the DGC...I'm over the top with excitement! Will the little girl be going with you?

Yes, she'll be 5 then (hoping for a fall 2010), and I'm currently pregnant so the new baby will be 1.

I think that's GREAT you were able to switch! The cruise is sooooo many points, much better this way. We LOVED DCL, can't wait to go back but not until 2010.

How did your guide actually do the switch? Did they send you all new paperwork or just the DCL addendum? We are switching as well but my guide didn't know the details yet on how to do it. She's researching and getting back to me today.

The cruise incentive is wonderful! However, with the discount and DP's we got, I can honestly say, we got the absolute best value (buying BLT) for our money and I couldn't be happier! On top of the big discount, we are also staying @ SSR (always wanted to stay there anyway) for 11 nights in 1 bedroom for free We be happy

I have no clue. I played phone tag with him all week, and the last message he left said "when we get the paperwork back we can issue the cruise certificate." So I'm guessing that means new paperwork...yuck. But the cruise is so much better than the DP's.

Have fun! The DP's just didn't work for us because the baby will be like 6 weeks when the points expire, and my parents weren't planning on going either so soon again. We were going to try and rent, but thrilled we'll actually be able to use the cruise!
