Rang Cresta to book 4 nights at the Cheyenne in the October school holidays - was quoted over £1400 and that was with the budget airline Easyjet.

I thought that this was too much and thought I could go to WDW cheaper - got flights for just over £1200 and price of Pop is $99 per night (rack rate). Hoping to get cheaper rate on hotel with AP and also as we'll still have our AP's, admission to parks is 'free' and WDW offering free transportation to/from airport. Plus I'll still have DDE card from July so will get 20% off most meals.

Therefore WDW for 1 week works out same/cheaper than DLP for 4 nights and we'll get the sun, Halloween party and Food and Wine Festival.

BTW anyone flown with US Airways via Philadelphia???

That's a great price for flights over half term!

Did the DLP price include park passes, cause that is some rate for WDW :)

Yes it did include the passes plus transportation from the airport to the hotel and to be fair, the flights were good times. I do like DLP, but I just would take WDW any day for a similiar price (and 3 more nights)
