Changed cabin - do requests carry over?

I changed our cabin number recently, different category, but same sailing, everything else the same. I forgot to double check our request to wait list for first seating and for our own table. Do these things typically carry over?

They should. Mine have even transferred over when I changed cruises - granted they had to be altered as some of the requests were ship-specific (first it was the dining room to start in, then it was a server...now I am back to the first plan).
