Changed arrival airline - ME question

Changed the airline we will use for our trip from MSP to MCO. Was SWA. Now it will be Sun Country. (Less expensive and arrives in time to make a BB game at WWOS).

Our ME info has already been mailed out. Does the airline matter at all to ME? I'm thinking (OK, hoping) it doesn't and that I can safely use the yellow tags in my package even though ME thinks we are arriving on SWA and we are actually coming on SC.

We are still staying at the same resort for the same dates. Just arriving about 2 hours earlier on a different airline.
