changed 2bdrm to 2 inn room....mistake??

Alright, so yesterday I booked a two bedroom villa at VB for next March for the 4 of us. Last night, we asked our friends to join us and they said yes. They are 2 adults and 2 children.
I don't like the sofa pullouts....period. After our stay last December in a studio at SSR, we went and purchased 250 more points at BLT because none of us could sleep comfortably on the pullout and we only had 150 pts at SSR.
Now with 400 pts, we are able to get the rooms we want.

Anyways, since 4 more people are joining us, I called today and was able to get 2 deluxe inn rooms instead. I would rather the 2 queen beds. So, did I make a mistake? Should I have kept the 2bdrm for more room?

One good thing about switching is I'm saving points!

Only if you'll miss the kitchen. There are washers and dryers in the inn to use. If you want to be interior connecting rooms, they do have them, but they are only a request. Did you get ocean view or garden view?

I personally would want to be with my friends, and have the living room, but I hear what you say about sofa beds.

I think that is a great idea and you made the right choice (just my opinion)! I am sure, the third day in you will be so happy to have the privacy!

I was able to get ocean view rooms so I am happy about that!

Inn rooms are a million times better than the 2br villas (or 1br villas or studios) at Vero! You did good.

If nothing else, you'll probably improve your view. Apparently none of the 2br units have any view.
