Change Plans after Updated November Hours?

I just noticed Disney updated their November hours. I sure wish they would do this before FP dates. Oh well. So I had planned to be at DHS on Thanksgiving morning for SWGE and then again on the Saturday after Thanksgiving for TSL, ToT, and RnRC. When I planned this, DHS was opening at 9 a.m., thus spreading it out over two mornings worked best since we were planning to PH to another park each afternoon. Now they are having EMH at 7 a.m., and the park opens at 8 a.m. I'm now wondering if we should try to fit it in on one morning, preferably Thanksgiving. Would it be better to RD SDD and then TSM before heading over to SWGE to ride SRMF? Then on to ToT and RnRC (single-rider). We would have to do the rides stand-by since all of our FPs are booked for the afternoon at AK. I really don't think I can get four 20-somethings to the park by 6:30 two of our three days, especially since we are doing morning EMH on one day at MK. I'm guessing everyone will want to sleep in the last day.
