Change Party Question

Wondering if something would work within the Change Party universe. I am traveling to Orlando for work, DH will be joining me (kid-free trip!). Lets say that DH spends the morning in MK, books his 3 FPs and uses them all. We then meet up at AK late in the day (both of us are in the park). Could we do change party to give him the FOP FP that I booked (he would have used up his 3, and we are both in the park, so I think this is kosher), then I would have my 2 other FP to use (that we could try to match with his 5th and 6th, but I might have to ride alone). Any reason this would cause a problem? As much as I'd love for both of us to get to ride FOP, I don't want him to have to spend his whole morning FP free waiting for me to get out of my meetings... (and I got to ride last time we went, while he took care of our LO).

I would agree with this, but has there been any update where if they don't scan the band at the entrance and they try and use it for a fast pass it will suspend the band.

I agree, simply handing over the band would be easier. But lets say I've arrived at the park, but don't want to meet up with him in Pandora. Theoretically I could enter the park, move the FOP fastpass to him, he could go ride FOP and I could try to modify my EE fastpass to an earlier timeslot- then he could ride FOP and I could ride EE and we could meet up after...

Yes, I'm probably over complicating this... it will be a short trip so I'm trying to be creative without running afoul of any rules.

By all accounts that should work.
