Change number of people to less for ADR

We have our whole trip booked and part of our group is very ill and will not be able to join us. Do I get to keep my current reservations for shows that we purchased and subtract two or do I have to cancel the whole thing and start over? We leave in a few days. HELP

Keep the current reservations and just tell them when you check-in at the podium......

It depends on if you've had to credit card guarentee any of the reservations. When you say "shows" do you mean things like HDDR or CRT?

If you've put a credit card guarentee down, I would call or try to modify the ADR at least 48-hours before the show. I know they charge you a fee for a no show, but I don't know what happens if only part of the party shows up. For the amount of money that the dinner shows cost, I would check to make sure and try to modify those ADRs.
