Change magical express during check in?

Hi! I'll be at Disney in a week, we found out one of my cousins has to leave two days earlier than planned. We are in the same Room,therefore same reservation so we dont want to change ME pick up for everyone in the room just him. does someone know if we can change ME pick up date during check in just for him?

Yep, no problem. My dh does that all the time!! Just let them know what his flight details are when you checkin. If you forget, then just call DME no less than 24 hrs prior to the time your cousin needs to leave. They will give you a pickup time for him.

we're giong on a 7 day trip this June, but my dh is only going to be there for a long weekend because of work. So, the kids & I are planning on getting there on a Wed and staying until Tuesday. Dh will get there on Friday night or Sat morning and going home on Monday. How would I set up DME for this? Can I have all of this set up with my ressies? Or should I contact DME myself to set it up when it gets closer to our vacation dates?

Knowing my dh, he probably won't get his plane reservations made until the last minute. I'll be getting our plane reservations soon.

I can usually make all the different times when I book DME but I'm doing it through DVC, not the regular Disney site. That allows me to book person by person.
As long as your dh is on the resort reservation, and he is listed as having that DME reservation, he can arrive any day at all..no need to worry about that trip. Just give him his travel voucher to hold and then show when he gets to DME area. If he loses it, he can get another one made up, with proof of ID, at the DME counter at MCO.
For your dh's departure, you can take care of that right at the resort. Or, he can give DME the return info when he is at MCO. Just be sure DME knows of his early departure no less than24 hrs prior to his departure date.

Be sure he picks up his written confirmation of Magical Express back to the airport on the morning of the day before the day he will leave. That's also the normal deadline for any possible errors to be fixed.

Do this before heading for the parks.
