We are at WDW right now and went on Small World today.
On our last trip, everyone using a wheelchair or ECV got a wheelchair return ticket to enter the accessible entrance. Those with Fastpass Plus got a return time with a 1 hour window that started when they scanned their Fastpass - so someone with FASTPASS for 1:20-2:20 who arrived at 1:28 would get a wheelchair return card for 1:28 to 2:28.
Those without Fastpass got a wheelchair return card for roughly equal to the current Standby wait time.

Today - those with Fastpass were sent directly to the wheelchair line to get their Magicbands or cards scanned on a handheld reader.
Those without Fastpass got into the regular line and were pulled out and into the wheelchair one at the last turn close to the wheelchair entrance. It seemed to work very well.
Not sure if this is permanent or just for the holidays, but expect permanent

Thanks.

DD is not doing the best, but we work around her. DH went to MK early and DD and I got there about 11:30 am. She was done and ready to leave by 3:30.
DH took her back to resort and I stayed at MK - going back now and DH probably will go to Downtown Disney while I stay 'home' with DD.
Thanks to Fastpass Plus and one DAS Return Time, she did get to go on 3 things.

Sorry she's not at her best this trip. Hopefully tomorrow will be a better day.
