Change FP plans?

THIS is what I hate about FP.

And I have been there since FP started, and I am trying to work with the system...

Please help me, because it is after 11 pm, and the WDW "help" desk is closed.

How do you erase/cancel FP plans for one day so that you can put in FPs for another park?

We accidentally (or maybe for a moment thought we were going to AK on that day) scheduled FPs for July 2nd. I want to cancel those and schedule FPs for DHS. I've only been able to see how to modify. Not saying I'm very computer savvy or anything.

Just click on the "Select or Replace" option and them select the new park you want to be at.

I don't know why, but sometimes I'm only able to do that on the app, and not on my PC. Weird.

Why would some members of my party have reached their fast pass limit when I am just getting 3 fast passes a day and we all have the same type of ticket (annual passes)?

Why should this be so difficult? Why is it taking so much time? It's an exercise in frustration.

Have found "select and replace."

Have not figured out why some of my party is now blocked out for having too many fast passes, but will celebrate the little triumphs!

The big triumph was getting Anna and Elsa because it was posted on these boards that extra times were released!
