Change Flight Info on Reservation for DME?

I'm not sure where to put this - so I'm putting it here b/c it's specifically about DME.

On the new Disney website, I can NOT, for the life of me, figure out how to access my reservation to make changes.

Delta has changed our flights - AGAIN (third time in as many months) - so our flight number on the reservation is wrong.

1. Can ANYONE tell me how to do this? I consider myself fairly technology literate, but can't find this anywhere. I know it's there (or rather, WAS there) because I've done it before. But now? Can't find it :confused3

2. Does it really matter? Do the tags reference the specific flight at all? We're new DME users (usually use a car service), so this is totally foreign territory to me.

Thanks in advance for any help!!

Yes, you need to CALL if your flight NUMBER has changed. Just call whoever you used to make your room reservation and they will adjust your DME reservation. If you don't, you may not be able to board a bus because they may be full, especially on your return trip to MCO.

Yep - You have to call. You can not change it online.

No, you do not have to call DME or anyone else for that matter. DME truly doesn't care what flight you're on. They care only about knowing what day you are arriving on. Unless your flight times change by a day, I wouldn't even bother letting them know. If they had assigned buses, then yes, they would want to know, but that isn't the case.
But.....if your flight home changes, you will need to let them know that. But you can wait until you get to WDW to do that. You can do that either upon checkin at the DME counter at MCO or you can let them know when you checkin at your resort.

mmm...that's not what they told me when I called to let them know about my flight number change. They thanked me and asked that I call anytime there is a flight NUMBER change. :confused3

(copied from another post)
Less confusion and less chance of a screwup somewhere else if you wait until you get there before fixing a mistake for the going home DME.

It always helps to call and point out changes (DME Disneybound) but if you have to wait on hold and give up and then forget to try again, no big deal.

Yep - I called (again - I **know** I've done it online before - how annoying you have to call now) and they said point blank that flight NUMBER changes (which we had) they needed to know about.

Thanks for the help, everyone. I wish the website could go back to being more user friendly - between the hold time and the hard-sell I seem to get every.stinking.time.I.call, it's super annoying.

I always appreciate the CMs who simply ask "is there anything else I can help you with?" instead the hard sell "what about this? what about this?"
