change dates with Pin code

We are going in June and have received a Pin code. I am not sure the exact dates of our stay as the airlines have not yet released their flights for June. Can I book now, later change the dates and still received the deal?

Technically, yes.
However, as a specific deal (even an e-mailed pin) has been on the market for more and more time, the availability decreases as more people book with the discount, so you may find that you can't get the room you want, or even any room with the discount.
June airfare should be released relatively soon, or you could go with an airline like Southwest that offers airline credit refunds if the price for your specific flight goes down between when you purchase it and when you go.
