change ceremony location?

my guest count has dropped! should i switch from sbp to site at poly or wilderness..don't want the 10 of us to feel overwhelmed...need to decide soon!!! help

I've seen videos of plenty of lovely small weddings at SBP - sometimes with just the couple and their officiant. I don't think your party will feel overwhelmed by the place, and if it's the spot you really want, stick with it!

As for me, I really love Sunrise Terrace at Wilderness Lodge, so that would get my vote if you really want to switch!

Ditto...I have seen very intimate ceremonies there and don't think you will be "lost." We got married at YC Gazebo and only had a total of 11 and it was fine. I have seen more there, as well as less. That is the beauty of Disney's sites...they accomodate a variety of party sizes. Go with the site YOU want !

I also wouldn't worry about being "overwhelmed" at SBP.

My DH and I were married there in 2005 and it was just the two of us. Our officiant, our coordinator, the violinist, and an attendant who helped cut the cake and served champagne were the only other folks there.

While the structure is large enough to accommodate larger groups, it really does have an intimate feel to it.

If your heart is set on that location, don't change because of feeling "lost in a big place". Now, if you want to change just because, that's another issue

We only had 9 guests at SBP and it didn't seem to big at all. We love that spot and still stop for a kiss everytime we go by.
