Change A Letter, Change A Word

I saw this on myspace (pathetic, I know) and thought that it was cool. So I'll bring it here!

What you do, is start with a word and then the next person can only change one letter to make it a new word. There is no adding or subtracting letters, and no switching letter places. You may only switch out one letter for another.

No, technically you can't change the positions of the letters. You can only change one letter, without mixing up the others.
