This is Beach Avenue in Cape May. It is primarily B&B's, condos and restaurants. The neighborhoods are probably 2 streets down. There are full time residents within those streets.

We visited Cape May many years ago and loved it. We came over on the ferry from Lewes I think and spent the day wandering around; totally enjoying the homes, beach and quaint streets.
