Chances of getting what I want?

What are my chances of getting all the dining reservations I would like ? Should I do them first thing that morning on the first available day? This is all new to me so I really appreciate any suggestions. There is 8 of us and I am willing to split up on some dinners but not all. Here is what I am hoping to reserve:

1st night: nothing we will relax we will be tired. Driving 20 hours.
2nd night: Crystal Palace -dinner
3rd night: Sci-Fi theater - dinner
4th night: Happily Ever After at the Grand Floridian or Hoopty-Do-Revue
5th night: Chef Mickey - dinner
6th night: Prime Time 50s - dinner
7th night: Akershus princess's - dinner
last morning: Super Cali... breakfast at the Grand Floridian


I let the kids pick the dining. Am I hoping for too many dinners? Any other suggestions?

I would make the ADRs online at 6am EST the first day you can make them. Sci Fi, 50's PT, Chef Mickeys and CP can fill up fast. Why take the chance? You can always change them or cancel them later, but get them while you can.

Do them online early that first day and you should be fine!
