Chances of getting new time for Mine Train FP?

Hi all. Currently have FP for the mine train but it is an hour later than I would like it to be( 12:55-1:55). Trip is little less than month away, currently no availability for mine train. If I check for availability fairly often, what are the chances I am able to move it an hour earlier? Thanks!

Pretty unlikely unless someone cancels their FP's that happen to be on that day during the hour ahead of yours. But doesn't hurt to keep checking, you might get lucky

I would say slim to none, I'm just trying to get fast passes at all and they are never avail. It's worse IMO since one of our days is a party day. On the upside we rode it in 20 min start to finish a few weeks ago on a party night so hopefully the line will be quick again.

If it is just for one person, I would say 40% chance of getting FP close to the exact time you want. You do have to be persistent and check often though. It is a major crap-shoot depending if people change their plans and cancels their FP (which does happen often though as other reservations open up).

Just keep checking, I was able to get one after trying for about 2 weeks. You never know.

Very likely if you are checking at the right time. This also happened to me a couple of weeks ago - the only time I could get for 7DMT on my first full day at the 60 day mark was at a time where I planned on being back at the resort for a break. I checked every week since, and finally a spot opened up for 2 hours earlier than the original time, which was perfect! So keep checking!

Thanks for the responses. I'll be sure to check as often as I can. I do find it sort of odd though... I don't know if it is just the system or not but on MDE there appears to be more 7D fastpasses available for the same time slot I have, but nothing else.

We got Same Day FP for SDMT back in August, so anything is possible

i have a noon to 1pm time that I keep checking hoping to get a later ride time. We gave tickets to the Christmas party that evening and I was hoping to arrive at the park a little later in the day. We are 28 days out and I have been checking multiple times a day.

We got FP for mine train on July 3 while in the park. It was so crowded and we couldn't believe it but you never know so keep checking.

I booked my FP's for 12-8 at my 60 day mark. I had to book individual times that 3 of them overlapped and one didn't. Yesterday I was able to get my 4 FP's for the same time. I did change the times multiple times during the week and a half. I checked the app and web site about every hour. It is doable--just be persistent.

When you go to the fast pass for mine train-- do you try to modify the time and you are getting no times available? it will show you no times if the particualr time conflicts with others-- so your other two FPs plus any dining time. Mine for december shows no times available

I've been trying to modify our time slot (2 FP 12:40-1:40 for me & DH) on our MK day- we have BOG during the same time frame, and it's going to be tight. These are two very poplar things, and I couldn't get them perfectly coordinated during original bookings. Today, less than a month away, I was able to move one (from 12:40 start to 1:25 start). I couldn't manage the "copy" feature to try to copy mine to DH. But they do overlap, so that is good. I'll keep trying. Just don't want to feel rushed at BOG, although I know we have at 15 min. grace period on the FP, I hate counting on that because you never know !

We have just returned from WDW and managed to 'do' 7DMT a few times on each occasion only getting the times we wanted the night before or once on the actual morning. I usually had to move times twice or more - getting it down from 11 pm to around 12-1 pm.

Exactly. I cleared out the time that is want to move the FP to so it's open. For some reason though there are multiple fps available for the time I have... but none for any other times very frustrating.
