chances of early check-in when it's busy?

We are arriving at POR at I would think about 10 am. What are the chances of early check in Dec. 19th.? We don't expect to check in at that moment but we are doing MVMCP that night with a dinner ps at 5. It would really be nice to get in before 3 or 4pm. Any thoughts out there from some of you Disney pros? Thanks for any tips or advice!!

you will be able to check in when you arrive. your room may or may not be ready. but you will be able to store your luggage til your room is ready. just keep checking through out the day to see if it is ready. good luck!

We check in as soon as we get there. We then head for a park, or if we are just hanging out at the pool, we pack swim gear in a seperate bagas use a public rest room to change.
