I just got my email today confirming Disney passed on my contract I am purchasing. 160 Points for AKV for $118 a point

how long did it take them to get back to you?

I watched a video on it and they said they cant figure out what contracts are more appealing to Disney, because they take some that are 140 a point and then some that are 115 a point for the same resort. I have no idea, but i'll keep y'all updated.

I am sure there are a multitude of reasons that a contract is subject to ROFR.

It still surprises me that the DVC experts have not been able to put together some type of calculator that may not be perfect but is a reasonable educated guess
