Hello, I am currently enrolled in Spring Advantage college program here with Disney, during the last four months I have accumulated four points on my record card (five incidents of not properly clocking out, one for being 20 minutes late for a shift and one for being two hours late) I wish to eventually return to the college program later in my academic career but fear the simple assessment of my record card from a recruiter would deem me an unreliable worker inadequate of another program... So if anyone has any experience with the subject what chances so I have of returning?

Honestly I cant answer your question, only give some advice... no matter your "chances" try to not accumulate any more points because no matter what if you stop and those are your only points it will look better. Example: Earning 4 points within the first week is bad but if that's all you get at the end it looks like you just had a bad week and you turned it around.
Also as Rafiki says "it doesnt matter...its in the past!".

While there is no real way to guess what your chances might be, you'll never know if you don't reapply. You may just want to be upfront with your recruiter about your concerns; trust me when I say that they like hearing your honesty! My recruiter was a great person who I kept in contact with even after my program. It can be hard to build that rapport, but sharing your concerns and questions is a good place to start. They're there to answer your questions, after all!

I'll agree with one of the previous posters. If you still have time in your program you can turn it around. It sounds like you should only have 1 Reprimand and 1 point, which I believe is within transfer guidelines should you want to stay with the company. Your rehire status will really come down to what your managers mark it as. I had 1 reprimand and was still able to go seasonal at the end of my program.

If it counts for anything, I accumulated quite a bit of points due to medical issues during my program in 2012 and they let me extend to 2013. I'm hoping to go back in the spring, but I'm also pretty worried about getting accepted to the program again. My plan is to just be upfront during my interview and say that I realize I had some difficulties with attendance during my last program due to medical problems that have since been treated, and that I'm ready to put my best foot forward and have a happy, healthy, point-free program, should I get accepted. Or something like that.
