Chancer email

Hi all,
I have a question in relation to chancer emails asking for a little extra magic. Do you normally hear back?
I've just sent one saying its my daughters birthday and if it would be possible to have a little extra magic that we would be so grateful. Heres hoping guys cause shes had a tough time of it lately and i would love for her to have the most perfect, unforgetable time. Fingers crossed!

I think of the 3 I have sent at various times I have only heard back once - but there has always been something done of what I have requested.

My DH sent one before our last trip to the castle club at DLH, it was our 10th wedding anniversary. We never heard anything back and they didn't do anything.

Wendy thats awful. You'd think they would have left a letter even?!

I'd ring the hotel about 5 days before trip.
They will have the hotel occupancy lists then and if you're lucky, (we were at the NPBC, I know others haven't been), they will put in a request for something extra.

we were also luck at the npbc. i sent an email a week before and also mentioned it when i phoned to reserve out tables (a week before). i think it was the phone call that made it sucessfull. good luck.
