Chance of Rehire? (Rehire Status Unknown)

Hello;

I'm an alumnae of DLCP 09' and I completed my whole tour as well as helped out my team at ol' House of Mouse!

Today I just had my phone interview and he posed questions; now I just recently remembered that we had to be of good rehiring statuses in order to be hired; do I have a good chance of getting my ears back? or will I have to petition at TDA?

I plan to phone in on Mon 8am EST in order to figure everything out. Answers please (any will do especially cause now I have anxiety :z )

I'm not quite sure what your concern is? You finsihed the last program? Then you're fine. Only those that do not finish their programs could have no-rehire statuses.

Too many points could also place you under a restricted status but not necessarily no rehire.

Only those who get fired get No rehire generally. I got Restricted and I STed. But you can have too many points/reprimands and get restricted as well.

But to the OP if they didn't tell you that you were restricted/no rehire during your interview then you are fine. When I applied for Spring 11 they told me pretty much the second the interview started.

I didn't get told my status. All she said was I would be receiving extra paperwork because I have worked there before. Opened the email it was restricted/ no rehire paperwork lol. Still waiting to hear

That means you're probably restricted rehire which is the easier of the 2 to get past.

I've worked there before, and they didn't tell me that...that's weird. I've also been waiting 24 days now to hear back from them.

I had a few points on my record card that I wasn't responsible for, and I am wondering if these will hurt me.. (1 is pretty major--no call, no show). My manager said he removed them but...when I checked on the hub before I left, they remained..

Yeah it said four to six week respond cause of rehire conditions. Ughhhhhhh lol! If I didn't have full-time school and job I would be going insane waiting.

They will usually tell you if you have a rehire status other than good or if you need to fill out additional paper work. I had one but I got Restricted for Self Terming before the program was over. Unless you have really really bad points they won't really make a big deal (even attendance). So you're probably fine.

Attendance aren't terrible. I mean obviously this time around I wouldn't get the same exact points.
