Chance at an Anna and Elsa fast pass?

ive read it, im just so confused lol sorry! it seems like so much has changed since ive been there. i will be there may 10-16

Are you staying onsite? If so, your window has already opened. You can go onto mydisneyexperience.com, link your resort reservation and tickets (if not part of a package), then begin making FP+ selections on that site.

It's the only time available. Apparently, I got the very last pass for the whole day. There are zero passes available for the other day that we're there, too. Ugh, this stinks.

Just keep checking multiple times during the day. Availability and FPP times change frequently (at least in the next 30 days when I can see it).

Keep checking back. Disney does release more FP from time to time and some people change their plans. I have FP+ for 4/20 and I have gone in the system several times just to see if there are other times available and sometimes it says there are no times and sometimes it gives me some different options. Just keep trying at different times throughout the day.

For this I'd call IT. They might be able to work some magic for you.

Yes I got my mother and I over lapping time but my 5 year old is two hours later!!!! What the Fudge?

This will work as long as everyone in your party is over the age of 7. I had an issue because I could only get 2 sets of 2 FP+ for my 2 DDs, my wife an I. When I tried to add my son it said he is under 7 and wouldn't let me select him without an adult. (all my kids will be 5 when we go). If you have issues, you can always call them up. They have much more flexibility over the phone then the web site.

Children under 7 are not allowed into attractions unless they are accompanied by someone age 14 or older. Now that the system knows how old everybody is, it can block you for making a FP for an unaccompanied child under 7. the system doesn't look like it will take into account that your times could overlap and you could enter together.

If you have kids under 7, plan it so you are booking them along with someone age 14 or older. Doesn't work for this party because they had 2 adults and 3 kids under age 7. They would have had to book 2 and 3 or for all 5. Can you make the pass for one adult and then copy to the rest of the party (assuming there is availability for the rest of the party)? That may be the way to go.

It does look like someone above got a 5 year old on a separate reservation at a different time though. System is nuts.

They won't let her enter if she doesn't have a fastpass for the correct time since she is over the age of 3, and they won't let her enter without one of you. Either you or your mother could trade magic bands with her. But that means one of the adults doesn't go at the same time.

Yes, I did. Do you think CMs will just let her on with us?

Sometimes (rarely) a CM will let you in if you don't have a FP (for example a couple of weeks ago we had a FP+ for Rapunzel (who 99.9% of the time meets with Snow White.) My daughter was dressed as Snow White and we planned to get pics of the two of them together. Well, it wasn't until we got into the room (and after having scanned our FP+) that we realized at that time Rapunzel was meeting alone (no Snow White or any other visiting princess friend.) Well, I was pretty disappointed that I 'wasted' my FP for that time and couldn't get another one for that particular attraction that day. An hour or so later I went to the FP+ entrance and told the CM what happened and she saw my daughter dressed as Snow. She told me Snow White was meeting then and let me through the FP+ entrance without a FP+.

So that said, it *COULD* happen that you have a particularly nice CM who will have mercy on you and feel for your situation, but given the frenzy and insanity that the Anna and Elsa line has created thus far, I personally wouldn't count on any CM being able to do anything to help you. Too many people will be fighting too hard and waitng too long to see those characters for them to bend the rules a little. Just my opinion.

So glad I saw this thread! There were no spots available for our family of 5 so I first booked a solo fast pass for myself. I wasn't able to book separate solo fast pass times for our kids under 7 but I was able to copy my fast passes to them. The times that they were given are different even though they are under 7 but they overlap enough so that our family of 5 can go together. So anyone trying to get separate fast passes for kids under 7 try copying an adult's solo fast pass one kid at a time.

What is the Anna & Elsa meet and greet marked as on FP+? Is it on one side of PF hall or another thing onto itself?

It is it's own FastPass. There is "Meet Anna and Elsa and a visiting Princess at Princess Fairytale Hall." The other one is "Meet Rapunzel and Cinderella at Princess Fairytale Hall."

Hooray! I can start reserving fast passes at 11 PM on Saturday. I am so anxious!

I just talked to a Disney IT person, and she said all Elsa and Anna meet and greet fast passes are entirely gone for the month of May. She said that they can't even access them on their side. Yikes!

Yeah it's nuts. I had to call IT today to fix something on my account and as he was looking things over he gasped. Told me that he just got chills when he saw we had a FP to see them.

Just to offer a little hope - I managed to get a second 1 today. I had booked 1 for myself earlier in the week but then couldn't get one for dd. 8 have just kept checking each day & finally this morning when I tried copying my fast pass over it worked & there was an over lapping time available. My tip would just be keep trying. Mine are for the 30th May :-)
