Champions gate - Windwood Bay?

I found a reasonably priced home in Windwood Bay near Champions Gate. Has anyone stayed in that area? How long does it take to get to the parks? Mapquest suggests taking I4. I have never taken that road. How is it?

Champions gate is exit 58 on I - 4. If you leave your home and get on I - 4 you can take exit 62 for World Drive. It would be very quick to do this. In 10 min you would be on World Drive entering the Disney areas. I - 4 isn't too bad in that area. It gets more congested north of that toward Orlando.
You can also take Old Lake Wilson Rd (in the Reunion area) up to 192.

Thanks! This was exactly the kind of information I was looking for. We are used to staying in Davenport off of 27, so we are used to driving a little further. I was just nervous that there was not going to be a good way to get to the parks from here.
