And where we live gives us a right to trash our city during a difficult time? If you wanted to start a thread about how terrible Miami is, that would be fine, but to piggyback on one that is about a terrible event is tacky.

I feel for the friends and family of the accident victims! Very sad.

I have a feeling that he is young and just spouting off. At least he (or she) seems very young. Hopefully--not that that is any excuse, but could help explain things.

Very sad. No survivors found. The aircraft was a Grumman Mallard built in the 1940's and 50's. I know planes get overhauled and updated but I myself would be very leery flying on an aircraft of that vintage. Sometimes fatigue stress cracks don't show up unless the plane is having a thorough overhaul check. An airframe can only be used for so long before it becomes unsafe.

the only reason i posted on this thread was because i saw some people not being nice to each other and didnt want this thread getting worst and having to be closed. Also, a thread should stay close to its original topic.
