We used them at Epcot inside the AAR on their ugly black padded chairs there. I didn't pay for ones at the LSS for the reception though. We didn't need them at the reception, but we used them at the ceremony cuz I hate the cheap-looking black plastic chairs they give you in Epcot.

They cost $8 or $8.50 each, but it was worth it. I just wished they'd steamed the creases out - it looked kinda tacky...

I am going to go with the no chair covers for our reception after talking to a florist last week who pointed out that the room has blue carpets and blue hairs, so to tie it all together we will just change the linens to different shades of blue and purple and tie the whole room in together.

My DF and my mom both think I am nuts for getting the chair covers for a place that people will be for about 20 minutes for the ceremony but I don't care. They said nobody will even notice the plastic chairs and I said well I will and it will bother me while I am up there saying my vows I will be looking at those stupid chairs saying darn it I should have got those chair covers so I decided to get them.![]()
OK, I'm debating my chair covers if I don't use the wooden chairs at SBP... BUT, can I ask them to iron them. If I pay a boatload of money can't they look crisp? This is a question, not criticism, btw... lol
Carrie,
Honestly if you never mentioned about the creases in the chair covers i wouldnt have gone back and looked and realized them in mine too..
Let's see... there are Chiavari chairs, but those run $15 plus the same delivery fee they tack on the white wooden chairs.
They do have other kinds of chair covers - maybe if you got a satin-y kind of cover it wouldn't wrinkle as much. It might be a few dollars more than the poly-cotton cover, but still cheaper than delivering wooden chairs or upgrading to Chiavaris...
