It comes in a powder form to use on your feet, and a roll on. I used the roll on my inner thighs and under arms, and had no chafing problems.
It's a little pricey, but worth it in my opinion....

aubriee said:When I was looking for Bodyglide for my January trip I couldn't find it anywhere around here, so did a search on the internet and just ordered it. I had it in just a few days and will do the same thing for my Sept trip. The Avon stuff is in their Foot Works collection and is called 'Friction Control Anti-Blister Balm'. I ordered it from a friend of mine, but also found it on Avon's web site. It has 'peppermint oil' in it, by the way so it 'soothes, softens, & helps keep your feet blister free' according to the jar.
