I was actually able to just go to the site now and sign up to at least ask about being a guide. For those of you that only see the "make a comment" section, you can actually go to that box and drop down, and there is a section for asking to be a guide.

Not sure if it will work or not, but I'll let you know. One question I had - do they need a resume or any info such as that?

No, a resume, etc is not needed. All that is needed is an email address.

Well, I tried to submit my info and I got a return error in my email saying that it couldn't process my request. I don't know if it's from the cha cha site being full or if it was just an error. I'll post an update if I find anything else out...

Did you download the application? After that, did you pick some keywords? Did you wait to be trained? It does take a little bit to progress from Apprentice to Pro then to Master.


As far as signing up to be a guide, invites are suppose to be back today. I haven't checked yet though. The best way, IMHO, to become a guide is to get a referral.

Yes, I downloaded the application and I picked keywords. I've trained about 3 times so far.

Kind of an odd question...but if you become a guide, does that mean you can claim your computer for tax purposes?

OK ,, it let me sign up today ,, I had 2 training right away and I had no idea how
to do either. but the people were real nice about explaining . so far I didn't find
cha cha very easy to navigate around. But I'm hoping with time it will get easier,

it did freeze up alot.

Way to Go! It does take some adjusting. I watched the training video's a million times and still messed up my first 10 searches. It will get easier, trust me.

Hmm... I suppose that you can. I would probably ask a tax professional first though.

I really doubt it about the computer tax write off thing. I am self employed and use my computer A LOT for my business, but since I also use my computer for other things, I cannot write it off. I could sit and document my hours online doing business stuff vs. personal and then take that percentage of my cable internet bill as a deduction, but it is hassle and can be an audit red flag. HTH

WooooHoooo! Ok, I thought I was still training, but I've already earned some $. This IS fun and it IS addicting. Does anyone know how they decide the amount earned per guided search one earns?

I don't really know for sure. I had a couple of referrals ,, tried to sign up and it wouldn't let me.

Then I sent them an email from the site asking about signing up and got
an app. to sign up.

So in all honesty I'm not sure what happend .

Tonight I have been on for over 5 hours and no training sessions and no
searches either. And yes it did freeze up a few times. I know its not my
computer because I had other windows up surfing and they worked fine.

Is there anyone on here who would be willing to Aol chat with me about
this so that I may do a better job. I really want this to work out.

We could sure use the extra money , ,, I feel like I've been fired from my
first work at home job.

Have you set up your keywords? What keywords do you currently have?

Can you set your own hours and just work whenever you feel like it? Or do you have to commit to certain hours or something? What's the pay structure?
