CFW Sales Tracking - includes all proofed county deeds through 5/31/25

But how???? I just don’t get it.
My guess - someone has wanted points there, perhaps because they want to bring their dog(s) (and I totally get that) and $165pp is a lot cheaper than $235pp. And maybe they put in a lower offer, perhaps $150 that was accepted??? Not a great deal, especially with some wildly high MFs. But if traveling with your dog(s) is important, I get that. There's also a financial element. When I board my two dogs, it's nearly $100/day now. And yes, there's a cost to have the dogs in the cabins, but I bet it's less than boarding in most cases. Plus, if I didn't fly to WDW, I'd really consider bringing my dogs. Right now, we just have one of our adult kids watch them at the house. But for dog-owners, there's a personal value and also small financial calculus in this mix. Anyways, that's my guess.

To be fair if you take off the price of dog boarding, it probably negates the MFs altogether!

I haven’t followed the incentives for CFW but thought you could get for not a lot more. I hope they got it for less than $165

Truth, we have 2 dogs, one is large. Dog boarding is so much $$$$. Like the price of staying at a value resort at WDW.

Wow! We have someone come to live at our house to babysit our 2 labs when we go away. It’s £30 ($40) per day which is quite reasonable, but still adds up.
I need to find someone I trust to do that. We pay around $150 a night for the 2 of them.

I thought the cabins charge $50 a day for dogs in them? I recall thinking we’d bring ours to save money then realizing it costs more to bring them board them.

Edit to say best I can tell it’s actually $50 per dog per day

I believe it’s $30 for DVC members staying on points. For me, that would be a net $40 win. But again, I fly to Florida.
