Certain rooms/resorts exempt from pins?

I received a pin and was pricing out resorts for fun (we have no plans to return anytime soon )

Anyway I tried pricing out a Junior Suite at CSR with the pin but it wasn't available. I also tried it with all the website discounts and it wasn't available.

Are some rooms never included in promo's & pin discounts?

Frequently suites and 3 bedroom villas are not included.

Unfortunately, not every room type is included . I received an email pin and was pricing out the WL for December and every room type from standard up to CL was available, but the Junior Suite was not .
