Can you walk from Pop Century to the Art of Animation over the ole Century Bridge or did they leave the gate up, that was blocking the path?

The bridge opened at 5 am 5/31. Check in started at 7am.

After waiting NINE years to walk across Generation Gap Bridge,it felt AMAZING to walk from POP to AoA(even at 4:47 AM!!!!LOL)! on Opening Day!

It is now also possible to walk from POP to AoA via the "lake Loop"(I call it Hourglass Lake Promenade).

Hourglass Lake Promenade is open EXCEPT for the section by The Lion King and The Little Mermaid,so Guests have to walk around the end of the lake by Cars.

Staying at Pop this August and was planning to check out AoA and have lunch there. Looking forward to strolling over instead taking the car.
