Centralized Fast Pass System at AK?

Greetings Campers!

I recall word a couple of years back that a new "centralized" Fast Pass system was being implemented at AK. It had a central kiosk near "It's Tough to Be a Bug" and allowed you to grab up to three FP's at once.

Anyone have any more up-to-date info on this?

They never did anymore with the idea. Still have to get FP at each attraction.

By most accounts, the test was considered a failure. Mass confusion, little controls, and CMs often having to just hand them out.

From what I remember they tried sometime later using that area to give out FPs for the shows (which don't normally have FPs), and that didn't work out so great either - I believe the test was planned for two months, and they canceled it within a week or so.

We were @ DAK a few weeks ago and DH asked a CM near the times board @ the ToL about the FP Centralized Machines. (We didn't want to go all the way back to EE just to get FPs if we didn't have to). The CM looked at him like he had three heads! Sometimes, I think it is funny how we know more than the CM at times.

Now, it wasn't a slow week. So I think it is safe to say, they don't do it at DAK anymore.
