an hour behind Eastern Time? I tried to google, but I still can't figure it out!

I wish Wisconsin would be on Eastern Time, like Northern MI is.

Except in Indiana, where some of the state is on Central time, some of the state is on Eastern time, and some of the state is on eastern time but does not follow Daylight Savings time.
