First, has anyone ever stayed at any of the English II/WP locations?

Second, how does it work. I need an II Exchange for Dummies, please! I'd be looking at a week of low season, so 124 points seems fairly reasonable to me, no?

I can't say much about the specific resorts. I'd direct you to the timeshare users group for more info in that area. The process is you call DVC and tell them what resorts you will want. Don't risk leaving the exact resorts up to them, check them out and tell them by code exactly which ones are OK for you. They likely won't have what you want so you'll likely need to search over time. That means you might not match until a few months prior to the trip. Be aware that if a resort has different start dates, you need to be careful if you are locked in to specific arrival/departure dates. You do pay the exchange fee when you start the search or when you accept the exchange, whichever is first.

As for how many points, most English resorts are red time most of the year. That means that they will likely be Mid season or higher for those times. Some are low season Jan and Nov and those times could possibly be low season. To be certain you'll have to check with DVC on a resort by resort basis. London is totally impossible for II and the II resort there is not that highly thought of from what I can see. I also suspect it's High season most or all of the year. Don't confuse low season as being anything other than premier time.
