cell phone number reverse lookup

does anybody know how to do this? i've seen all these "services" that will do it for around $40.00 bucks a year but vary wary of paying that. thanks for the info

You can do that with a landline but not with a cell phone number. If you try with a cell phone number they will tell you it is a cell phone number and no information other then it is Verizon or At&t or whatever.
