Cell phone etiquette test

I got an 81. Will someone educate me and tell me why it is rude to use the phone in the restroom? I seriously did not know it was rude and I would of never used my phone in the restroom if I knew it was. I guess next time I should step out of the building to answer the phone instead of into the bathroom.
