Part of the specific problems we have had in the past (repeatidly) is that Pepper Market is not a Disney owned restaurant, and it isn't run like the other Disney resort restaurants. I had heard talk of Disney considering to purchase this, and if they have...GREAT! Some issues come from asking to talk to a chef or a manager. We were not given help when we asked for it. We were sent to find these people on our own, go back into the cooking space/kitchen looking for them, and trying to pull them out of whatever they are in the middle of. That is not the Disney way. We have had a couple of good experiences here, but mostly bad ones. We keep going back because we LOVE CSR! But we don't spend many of our meals at the resort. We go to the other resorts, for the most part. We got pretty sick there the last time we ate. There is a lot of resistance in helping us, which is part of the problem. So, if they have a gluten free option, but no one is willing to get it/fix it, or find it...it's kind of useless.
BUT I am glad to hear about the all gluten free buffet and there are success stories. We haven't dined there in a couple of years, so I am hopeful that this upcoming trip will be better. Like I said, we keep trying
