When we were there is September we saw Paula Deene (think she was at Epcot for book signing)

We were by the magic carpet ride and my husband says "i think that's Michael -Paula Deene's husband- over there" (there being by the blue pants/ plaid vest people who escort VIP's around) and just as he said it I hear her laugh drift down from the magic carpet ride but good old Paula.

I snuck over to the exit and she took a photo with me and my 2 yr old daughter. She was SUPER NICE about it.

Our hostess tonight at Artist Point told us Celine Dion filmed her segment of the Christmas special Friday despite the rain out- they moved it to the Grand Floridian which she said was a madhouse!

We checked into the Grand Californian last August and noticed George Lopez with a CM waiting for his car to come from valet. He saw us looking at him and back up into a brush trying to "hide". Another person went over and asked for a picture so we did also. He was very nice and posed with us.

Three days later when we were checking out.. Up drives Tim Burton with wife and kids.... This time a whole lot of cast members kind of surrounded them and off they went inside before I could even get our my camera....

Oh yes things at the GF were crazy!!! I went over to buy some gingerbread shingles and heard singing. I was not sure what was going on and so I asked someone who then pointed over to Celine Dion. I stayed and listened for a bit (I'm really not a big fan of Celine) The line for the monorail was massive and a lot of the GF guests were complaining loudly about all the delays etc caused by the filming.

I heard that the Toys R Us giraffe is currently staying at Kidani.

Hope he's still there when we arrive in 2 weeks!!

We were catching a taxi in front of the Grand Californian a few weeks ago and out pours a bunch of teenagers. It was around midnight and my husband and I were wondering why all those kids were out so late, when I spotted Zack and Cody from 'Suite Life'. I went up to them, told them my DD adored them (left out the fact that I do too ) and asked for a photo. They were very sweet and very cute! I'm assuming it was some sort of holiday cast party, I think a few others from the show were with them. I just love my new home away from home!

Sorry the photo quality is so bad, but thank goodness for my iPhone!

We have seen many Celebrities at the GCH over the years. My DW was in the elevator with Cindy Crawford. We have seen Jody Foster, Patricia Heaton, Paul Bettany and a host of others. My DW is the one who spots them (I would never notice) and she points out a lot that I don't recognize.

I heard that a week before Jhonny Depp was at Magic Kingdom, at the Christmas PArty?? Apprently, he showed himself in the parade!
