Celebrity Sightings?

John Stamos & Renee Zellweger were just there on Monday!

and i was there on monday, too! One of these days I'll have a celebrity sighting.

Last January, DH & I were eating lunch in Storytellers. In came a 'party'. Mom, several daughters, looked like maybe a grandmother and some other possible family members (all females). They sat right next to us. It appeared it was one of the little girl's bday.

Then in walked a very very tall man. He was wearing a (very stylish, pricey) warm up suit. Now we had only been in SoCal maybe 18 months at this point. AND coming from Boston … I looked at DH and said I thought it was Kobe Bryant from the LA LAKERS.

As the waiter is waiting on us I asked if that was Kobe Bryant over there. He looked right at me and said NO …. I looked right back at him and said YES IT IS …… what was UP with that dialogue …..

No biggie, we are HUGEEEEEEE CELTICS fans.

They had a lovely time, absolutely NO ONE bothered them and OF COURSE half way through the meal in came MICKEY AND MINNIE with all the security.

-- Cindy Crawford and her kids walking toward the Carrousel in Fantasy Land. They were escorted by official looking "handlers" who forged a path through the crowd and escorted them to the front of the Carrousel line. This VIP service really drew a lot of attention. People were snapping photos like crazy.

-- Steffie Graff in the Grand Californian gift shop. I stayed in the gift shop a little longer than planned rolleyes1) just hoping that Andre Agassi would show up, but sadly he never did...

Not quite Disney (and ancient!) but Michael Jackson at Universal Studios CA, many years ago (sometime in the 80s!). At the A-team show (I can't remember what it was called).

He had an entire grandstand to himself and sat in the middle of it with five or ten kids.

We saw Steve Young from the 49ners at Disney World at Ohana. Our kids were playing together and I was talking to his wife as we were waiting to get seated. I didn't even know who they were until my husband told me after we were seated.
