Celebrity sightings at WDW??

We were at Chef Mickey's about 6 yrs ago and there seemed to be a private party towards the back of the restaurant. We were seated near the buffet and a gentleman came from the back room towards the buffet and it was Babyface. (Singer/record producer) My sister and I recognized him at the same time. He could tell we were star struck. He gave a polite smile and went back to his party.

i've seen raven simone off the disney channel regis philman kelli rippa during christmas because they were filming the christmas parade and i also saw gloria esteffen

We were lucky enough to sit on the steps in MGM and watch the parade next to Cal Ripkin and his family. They took pictures with us and his son and our kids hit it off.

We also had a room at the Beach Club a few rooms down from Barry Bonds. He was there to do a special at the ESPN club. His daughter and my kids had fun eating all the snacks in concierge..lol

We were at GF having breakfast last year while our DS was on the pirates cruise. About halfway through the meal my DH leaned over and said "you know that's Drew Carey at the table across from us, right?". Well, I had been so busy staring at the two women in tight clothes and heels unfit for Disney that I never even bothered to look at the men at the table (LOL!). DH thought I was staring because of who it was, not what they were wearing. OOPS! I was mortified because I don't even like Drew Carey and certainly didn't want him to think I was staring at him!
Anyway, they seemed to be having a good time and, just for the record, Drew and another guy were in casual shorts and flip-flops while these women were dressed to go dancing in a nightclub!

While DH and I were on our honeymoon, we were eating at Cindy's and we had our bride and groom ears on.

John Walsh (from America's Most Wanted tv show) came up to our table out of the blue and shook our hands and told us congratulations. Then he sat down at the table beside us with a large group for dinner. I totally didn't know who he was at first.....I was thinking "why is this guy coming up to us".....

While waiting at Customer service in MGM I saw Donnie Osmond. He was waiting for his VIP escort to Fantasmic.

OH MY GOSH!!! I probably would have fainted, just like a star-struck teenager! He is my all-time favorite!....................P

At WDW I have seen...Rosemary Clooney, was standing right beside her and didn't realize it was her until she walked away, also Pat Morita, Dennis Miller & Gary Sinese.
In Chicago, (At a trade show) I have seen Gary Collins & Mary Ann Mobley. Also meant Florence Henderson...at the time, she looked much younger in real life then she did on TV.

Harry Belafonte at the WL when it first opened up. He just walked by with the usual amount of WDW employees with him. Broadway Joe Namuth a few years back in the MK. He a couple of employees escorting him also.

When I stayed at Beach Club in Jan 2003 I overheard another guest saying that they saw her eating in a restaurant at WDW. Never saw her myself nor have I ever heard of someone else seeing her there at the same time.

Oct. 2003, we saw Cuba Gooding Jr. at Downtown Disney. He was coming out of the cigar store. Had a few people around him. He is shorter than I expected.

My husband and I saw Hulk Hogan boarding Space Mountain back in 1999 when we were at Disney World for part of our honeymoon. It was pretty funny because he seemed annoyed that people were yelling out his name, but it seemed as though he made no effort to "disguise" himself per se, since he was walking around wearing a muscle shirt and the headwear like he always does. I have to admit that it was pretty funny to watch him cram himself into the already small seat!

(he seemed annoyed that people were yelling out his name) LOL

My parents were on a plane with him and he was REALLY nice. He signed 2 $1 bills and gave them to my dad to give to his 2 grandsons!

On our last trip - December 2003 we saw Kelly Ripa on Aladdin's Carpet Ride with her children.

The best for us though was when Planet Hollywood opened - DH and I were there and we saw soooo many "stars". Brusce Wills was on stage singing all the stars were coming down the red carpet with one of the Disney characters as their host. They had a big galla the night before it opened and then the next day it opened to the public - Luke Perry cut the ribbon and in the restaurant we saw Wesley Snipes, Roseanne Barr, Luke Perry and many others!! It was fantastic. We were the fourth ones in line to eat there - wish we were the first ones (I beleive they slept there) they got all the merchandise they wanted for FREE and their luch was on the house!!

We took a lot of pictures - the only picture that came out was of Hulk Hogan!!

This is one memory that is so awesome and one DH and I will never forget!!

I was working (through WDWCP) in MK during the summer of 1996. I saw Demi Moore sitting on a bench in Tomorrowland. One of her children was with her. No one was bothering her.

Michael Jackson was also there that summer. He was dressed as if he were from the MidEast (turban, etc.). Lots of kids around him and everyone speaking Spanish.

I've also seen Hulk Hogan but not a WDW. He lives in Clearwater, FL (about 15 mins away); I saw him pumping gas one day on the way back from school. No one was bothering him... but the thought of him with his fannypack was hilarious! :sunny:

You have to be nice on a plane, you are in a small space and those people can turn on you!!! An angry mob on a plane isn't good! LOL

I think I saw Chris O'Donnell at Disneyland. Not positive it was him. My mother and sister saw Magic Johnson at one of the WDW parks. I don't remember which.

The week my husband and I got married in 1992 I was introduced to Mark Wahlberg at a club one night and then we saw Robert Hays (Airplane Movies and That 70's Show-Hyde's father) on our honeymoon at Disneyland later in the week- he was waiting in line right behind us. Just kind of nodded and said "Hi." Loved meeting Marky Mark!
