They're from a company called StarKid Potter. They make musicals/plays together for fun. You should check them out on youtube, they're harry potter musicals are hilarious.

I like to use tinypic.com. You can save the picture on your computer, browse for it and upload it on tinypic, or copy the address of the webpage the picture is on, select "URL" and paste it in the URL box. [Sometimes the URL doesn't work, in which case you can just save and browse.] If you need to, you can choose to resize it to message board size. Then click "upload now," enter the captcha, and copy and paste the "IMG Code for Forums & Message Boards" in your reply and it should show up! It sounds long but once you know how it's pretty simple.
