Celebrity Citing at Apple Store!

I came in this morning to work the day shift at the local Apple Store in Richmond, Va. The weather was beautiful something like 75 degrees by 11:00am but we still had snow piles left over from the foot of snow we got 4 days earlier it was a sight

Anyway at about 11:30 this man and woman walked into the store and asked me about getting another iPod cable and wall outlet adapter, so I took them to the back of the store to where they were.

The whole time I have this feeling that I know this lady (from TV) and as I was ringing her out, she handed me her license and it confirmed my thought.

It was Marlee Matlin! Of course I had to contain my excitement (as any good Mac specialist should) and kindly asked her man friend if he would take our picture, he signed the question to Marlee and she didn't hesitate to take off her sunglasses and slide right up next to me for an iPhone photo.

She was great, and very nice! An hour later Mary Chapin Carpenter walked in Everyone loves APPLE

That is very cool. I met her once years ago when we were both kids. She was 15 and I was 11. My mom's aunt was good friends with Marlee's parents, and I went to see Marlee in a theater production she was in.

So I'm two degrees of separation from you now.

I was wondering the same thing, I just didn't want to annoying so I held back in the question Dept.

when Samantha comes to Short Pump mall to do a Travel Channel show, you can bet she'll stop by the Apple Store, everyone else seems to. I'll be at the door to greet her and give her the grand tour

A Dis shirt in the Apple store gets you an automatic %10 off anything, a GKTW shirt will get you special attention

A Dis meet at Short Pump would be interesting, it's just so close to home, I like to travel a little southward (closer to Florida) for things like that, but either way. 
