Hi eyeore.donkey (he's one of my favourites, too..!)
It has been a few years since I went to Celebration, but when I did I loved it. I thought it was a great place to "get away" from the hype and tourists that are almost everywhere you go. Will you have a car?? I found that was the best way to get there. Someone else will be able to fill you in on what is there now. There is a website that you can look at - www.celebrationfl.com which will give you a bit more info, too.

Celebration is a small town just outside of WDW. There are no attractions. It is just a beautiful place to live,work or visit. The restaurants are very good. You will find a couple of stores, but no touristy shops (no dis stuff, no t-shirt shops etc.)
