celebration school disney sale

We went to this last October and it was excellent so I was wondering if anyone could tell me how often these happen and when the next one will be.

I was once told they do it twice a year to coorespond with events in Celebration. I actually thought one was this weekend during the art fair there, but I have not seen anything.

I checked and the art fair this year is October 1st and 2nd so does that mean the sale is the same weekend?
